Wij zoeken iemand die samen met ons de kar trekt.

In Goes ligt een volwassen MKB-auditportefeuille klaar voor een nieuwe Manager Audit. Wij zoeken een collega die niet alleen meedraait, maar actief meebouwt aan de volgende fase van de auditpraktijk.

Je werkt in een hechte, groeiende praktijk waar vertrouwen en verantwoordelijkheid centraal staan en waar je dicht op de klant zit.

Jouw rol De auditpraktijk in Goes bestaat uit circa 20 professionals binnen een organisatie van ongeveer 90 collega’s. De basis staat, maar er is behoefte aan extra senioriteit op de werkvloer.

Je krijgt een stevige portefeuille met MKB-ondernemingen in Zeeland en daarbuiten. Denk aan productie-, handels- en dienstverlenende organisaties met omzetten tot circa €500 miljoen en 50 tot 1.000 medewerkers, vaak met internationale activiteiten.

Je stuurt junior-managers en senior assistenten aan en bewaakt het totaaloverzicht in de controleopdrachten. Daarbij ben je een vertrouwde sparringpartner voor ondernemers, onderhoud je sterke samenwerkingen en communiceer je gemakkelijk in het Engels.

Engyon & innovatie Je loopt voorop in de toepassing van Engyon, ons AI-gedreven auditplatform. Samen met collega's bouw je verder aan een innovatieve en datagedreven auditpraktijk.

Je komt terecht in een praktijk waar de basis op orde is. Daardoor krijg je alle ruimte om je te richten op ontwikkeling, samenwerking en verdere groei.

Wat je doet Als manager audit ben je de verbindende schakel tussen kwaliteit, teamontwikkeling en klantrelaties. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van controleopdrachten, coacht collega's in hun vakinhoudelijke en persoonlijke ontwikkeling en helpt hen het beste uit zichzelf te halen. Tegelijkertijd ben je een belangrijke gesprekspartner voor ondernemers en adviseer je hen bij uiteenlopende vraagstukken. Ook denk je mee over de verdere ontwikkeling van de praktijk en draag je bij aan een toekomstgerichte auditaanpak.

Daarnaast krijg je ruimte om te bouwen aan innovatie, data en commerciële trajecten.

Jouw profiel Je bent een energieke en verbindende leider die kwaliteit en mensgerichtheid combineert. Je weet mensen mee te nemen in ontwikkelingen, stimuleert groei binnen het team en helpt klanten met deskundig advies verder.

Wij vragen:

  • WO-diploma en afgeronde postmaster Accountancy (RA)
  • Gestart met de praktijkopleiding tot Registeraccountant (RA)
  • Minimaal 7 jaar relevante werkervaring
