Vous êtes passionné(e) par la gestion de chantiers et prêt(e) à piloter des projets ambitieux (Chantiers de Classe 8) ? Nous recherchons un(e) Conducteur (trice) de Chantier pour coordonner et superviser des réalisations innovantes et variées. Si vous aimez être au cœur de l'action, ce poste est fait pour vous !

Vos missions :

En tant que Conducteur Chantier, vous serez un véritable pilier de nos opérations, avec la responsabilité de :

  • Organiser, planifier et coordonner les travaux avec rigueur et efficacité.
  • Superviser les équipes sur le terrain et créer une dynamique positive.
  • Veiller au respect des normes, des cahiers des charges et des délais.
  • Suivre les budgets et trouver des solutions pour optimiser les coûts.
  • Participer activement aux réunions de chantier et jouer un rôle clé dans la prise de décisions.
  • Résoudre les imprévus avec créativité et sang-froid.
