Dans le cadre de son développement continu, notre client, acteur clé dans son secteur, recherche un(e) Contrôleur(euse) Financier pour renforcer son équipe au Luxembourg.

Fonction :

Vous serez au cœur de la gestion financière de l'entreprise, avec pour mission d'analyser la santé financière et d'améliorer la rentabilité. Vos principales responsabilités incluent :

  • Analyse financière : Suivi du chiffre d'affaires, analyse des écarts entre prévisions et résultats, et prévisions financières à court et long terme.
  • Supervision des clôtures : Gérer les clôtures comptables, les inventaires, et fournir des rapports financiers mensuels, trimestriels et annuels au comité de direction.
  • Suivi budgétaire : Mettre en place des outils de suivi pour contrôler la gestion globale de l'entreprise, avec un soutien aux opérationnels dans leurs analyses.
  • Gestion des risques : Contrôler les risques financiers et les écarts avec les prévisions, en optimisant les résultats opérationnels.
  • Coordination et reporting : Assurer une communication régulière avec les filiales, départements et unités de production pour collecter les informations financières et comptables, en vue de rédiger des synthèses d'activité.

Profil recherché :

Vous êtes titulaire d'un Master ou d'un BAC+3 en finance, comptabilité ou gestion et avez au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans une fonction similaire (Audit, contrôle de gestion, ...). Vous êtes rigoureux(se) et avez un esprit analytique avec un sens développé de l'organisation. Vos compétences en communication vous permettent de travailler efficacement avec différents départements.

Compétences requises :

  • Connaissances solides en économie, gestion, comptabilité, fiscalité et droit des sociétés.
  • Maîtrise des outils financiers et des logiciels de gestion.
  • Langues : Une maîtrise du français et de l'anglais est indispensable.
