Prenez la responsabilité complète de plusieurs lignes de production dans un environnement industriel de haute technologie.

Au sein d'un site de production reconnu pour son excellence technique et appartenant à un groupe international en pleine croissance, vous intégrerez une équipe d'ingénieurs passionnés qui pilotent les lignes les plus stratégiques du site.

Ici, chaque ligne fonctionne comme une petite entreprise : autonomie, rigueur, innovation et esprit entrepreneurial sont les maîtres-mots.

Ce que vous allez faire

En tant que Manufacturing Engineer, vous aurez la responsabilité technique et humaine d'un département de production complet, composé de plusieurs lignes.

Vous agirez comme un véritable chef d'orchestre industriel : garant de la performance, de la qualité et du développement de votre équipe.

Vos missions principales :

  • Piloter et optimiser la production : suivi des KPI (qualité, coûts, délais), amélioration continue, gestion des imprévus ;
  • Analyser les données de performance et mettre en place des plans d'action concrets pour maximiser la productivité et la fiabilité des process ;
  • Encadrer et développer une équipe de techniciens expérimentés, avec le support des leaders d'équipe ;
  • Garantir la sécurité, la qualité et le respect des standards internes ;
  • Collaborer avec la R&D et les autres départements techniques pour améliorer les procédés existants et introduire de nouvelles technologies.

C'est un rôle équilibré entre la technique (60%) et le management (40%), parfait pour un ingénieur qui aime allier réflexion, terrain et leadership.

  • Master Ingénieur Civil ;
  • Solides capacités analytiques et curiosité intellectuelle : vous aimez comprendre et challenger les process ;
  • Leadership naturel et capacité à mobiliser une équipe autour d'objectifs communs ;
  • Rigueur, sens de l'organisation et esprit d'initiative ;
  • À l'aise avec les données et l'analyse de performance (data-minded) ;
  • Bon niveau d'anglais (B2 minimum) pour évoluer dans un environnement international ;
