Haluatko olla luomassa sujuvaa, viihtyisää ja toimivaa työympäristöä? Etsimme Vitecin Helsingin toimistollemme oma-aloitteista ja palveluhenkistä Office Coordinatoria vakituiseen työsuhteeseen.

Tässä roolissa olet keskeinen osa toimistomme arkea ja vastuussa siitä, että työympäristömme toimii ja tarjoaa viihtyisät puitteet työntekijöillemme ja vierailijoillemme. Tehtävä palvelee Helsingin toimistossamme toimivia Vitec Groupin Suomen liiketoimintayksiköitä.

Tietoa tehtävästä

  • Vastaat toimiston päivittäisen toiminnan sujuvuudesta ja toimiston viihtyvyydestä.
  • Kehität toimiston toimintatapoja ja osallistut työympäristön parantamiseen.
  • Huolehdit toimiston yhteisistä tiloista, kokoushuoneista ja käytännön toimivuudesta.
  • Koordinoit kokouksia, henkilöstötilaisuuksia ja tapahtumia.
  • Järjestät uusien työntekijöiden käytännön perehdytystä.
  • Toimit yhteyshenkilönä ulkoisille palveluntarjoajille ja vierailijoille.
  • Hallinnoit toimistopalveluita, tilauksia, toimituksia, hankintoja ja kulkuoikeuksia.
  • Tuet erilaisissa hallinnollisissa ja koordinoivissa tehtävissä.

  • Palveluhenkistä, joustavaa ja ratkaisukeskeistä työotetta.
  • Kokemusta toimisto-, assistentti- tai hallinnollisista tehtävistä.
  • Kykyä työskennellä itsenäisesti ja ottaa vastuuta.
  • Erinomaista organisointikykyä ja tarkkuutta.
  • Soveltuva kaupallinen, hallinnollinen tai muu tehtävään soveltuva koulutus.
  • Sujuvaa suomen ja englannin kielen taitoa.
  • Ruotsin kielen taito katsotaan eduksi.
