Ons team in Bunschoten-Spakenburg bestaat uit gedreven specialisten die dagelijks werken aan het verzamelen, interpreteren en verrijken van voertuigonderhoudsdata. Wat de Technisch Administratief Medewerker zal doen

De technisch administratief medewerker speelt een essentiële rol binnen Olyslager: zonder correcte data werken onze producten niet. Je verdiept je in documentatie van voertuigfabrikanten, interpreteert onderhoudsinformatie over smeermiddelen en legt deze vast in onze eigen softwaresystemen. Nauwkeurigheid, logisch inzicht en een gestructureerde werkwijze zijn cruciaal.

De Technisch Administratief Medewerker zal:

– Onderhouds- en smeermiddelinformatie opzoeken in OEM-documentatie en online bronnen

– Gevonden informatie lezen, interpreteren en controleren op uitzonderingen of nuances

– Voertuigen en componenten correct aanmaken en koppelen in ons dataplatform

– Brondocumentatie zorgvuldig archiveren voor interne kwaliteitsborging

– Recente wijzigingen signaleren en bestaande data up-to-date houden

– Samenwerken met collega’s in een onderling reviewproces om datakwaliteit te waarborgen

– Verantwoordelijk plannen binnen toegewezen 13-weekse werkblokken

Wie we zoeken

Je werkt nauwkeurig, bent analytisch ingesteld en voelt je verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van je werk. Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar staat open voor feedback en samenwerking. Een positieve mindset en leergierigheid passen goed bij onze cultuur.

Daarnaast zal de Technisch Administratief Medewerker:

– Ervaring hebben met werken op de computer en systemen (data-entry, administratie of technisch)

– Redelijk tot goed Engels beheersen (OEM-documentatie en ons systeem zijn Engelstalig)

– Enige technische voertuigkennis hebben, of bereid zijn dit te leren

– Gestructureerd werken en zorgvuldig informatie kunnen archiveren

– Betrouwbaar omgaan met zelfstandige planning binnen deadlines

– Goed om kunnen gaan met een open, directe teamcultuur
