Du bringst Begeisterung für Augenoptik, hochwertiges Produktdesign und erstklassigen Kundenservice mit? Du liebst den direkten Kundenkontakt, möchtest ein kleines, feines Team begleiten und bist die fachliche Brücke zwischen unseren Stores und unserem HQ?

Als Teamlead Customer Service bei VIU steuerst du nicht einfach nur Anfragen – du prägst die Service-Kultur unserer Brand. Du führst dein Team mit Empathie und Struktur, löst komplexe optische sowie operative Fragen und packst im Tagesgeschäft aktiv mit an.

DEINE MISSION

  • Operative Teamführung: Du steuerst, priorisierst und begleitest dein kleines Customer Service Team im Münchner Head Office. Du schaffst klare Strukturen, förderst den Teamgeist und führst mit Empathie und Vorbildfunktion.
  • Erstklassiger Kundenkontakt: Du berätst unsere Kund:innen über E-Mail, Telefon sowie Chat. Bei komplexen oder anspruchsvollen Optik- und Servicefällen übernimmst du direkt selbst die Regie und findest lösungsorientierte, individuelle Antworten.
  • Schnittstelle zu den Stores: Du bist die fachliche und operative Anlaufstelle für unsere Store-Teams bei optischen Fachfragen, Reklamationen und Prozessabläufen und sorgst für einen nahtlosen Informationsfluss zwischen HQ und der Fläche.
  • Prozessoptimierung & Qualität: Du analysierst Service-Workflows, nutzt das Feedback unserer Kund:innen und Stores gezielt zur Schwachstellenanalyse und entwickelst unsere Abläufe an den Schnittstellen zu Logistik und Werkstatt kontinuierlich weiter.
  • Mithilfe im Tagesgeschäft: Bei hohem Anfrageaufkommen stehst du deiner Mannschaft nicht nur beratend zur Seite, sondern greifst selbst aktiv zum Hörer oder beantwortest Nachrichten – Hands-on-Mentalität ist für dich selbstverständlich.

DEIN PROFIL

  • Fachlicher Hintergrund: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Augenoptik/Optometrie oder eine kaufmännische/fachspezifische Ausbildung mit nachweisbar starkem Bezug zu Optik, Premium-Retail oder erklärungsbedürftigen Design-Produkten.
  • (Erste) Führungserfahrung: Du hast bereits ein kleines Team geführt (z. B. als Stellvertretung im Store, Senior Optiker oder Team Lead) oder bringst das nachweisbare Potenzial mit – du kommunizierst klar, wertschätzend und bleibst auch in Stressphasen strukturiert.
  • Starke Service-Kultur & Empathie: Exzellenter Service ist für dich kein bloßes Abarbeiten von Tickets, sondern Haltung und Markenbotschaft. Du hast ein feines Gespür für Sprache, Tonalität und eine professionelle Beratung auf Augenhöhe.
  • Struktur- & Koordinationstalent: Du bist super organisiert, kannst Aufgaben im Team zielgerichtet priorisieren und verstehst es, Abläufe so zu strukturieren, dass dein Team effizient und ruhig arbeiten kann.
  • Markenverständnis & Mindset: Du hegst eine echte Begeisterung für Produktdesign, Optik und hohe Qualitätsstandards. Du denkst unkompliziert, lösungsorientiert und fühlst dich in dynamischen, flachen Hierarchien wohl (kein starres Konzern- oder Industrie-Denken).
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch sowie sehr gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift.
