DEINE MISSION

  • Operative Buchhaltung: Du übernimmst die Prüfung, Kontierung und Verbuchung von Eingangsrechnungen und wickelst den laufenden Zahlungsverkehr ab.
  • Abrechnungen & Kasse: Du bearbeitest Kreditkarten- sowie Spesenabrechnungen und bist für die Bankabstimmungen und Kassenführung zuständig.
  • Ansprechperson im Team: Bei Fragen zu Spesen, Rechnungen und Zahlungen stehst du den Mitarbeiter:innen beratend zur Seite.
  • Monatsabschlüsse: Du unterstützt das Team bei der Vorbereitung (z. B. Datenaufbereitung für Rückstellungen, Abgrenzungen und Umsatzmeldungen).
  • Onboarding & Support: Du begleitest das Finance-Onboarding neuer Teammitglieder und beantwortest allgemeine Anfragen rund um das Thema Finanzen.

DEIN PROFIL

  • Ausbildung: Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Bürokauffrau/-mann, Industriekauffrau/-mann) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Erfahrung: Erste praktische Erfahrung im Accounting oder in der Sachbearbeitung ist von Vorteil. Mehrjährige Buchhaltungserfahrung ist bei uns nicht erforderlich – Motivation und Lernbereitschaft zählen!
  • Tools: Sehr gute IT-Kenntnisse, insbesondere im Umgang mit MS Office oder Google Sheets.
  • Arbeitsweise: Sorgfältige, strukturierte und präzise Vorgehensweise mit hoher Zahlenaffinität.
  • Sprachen: Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
