The posting

Wat draag je bij? Als medewerker receptie en administratie ben jij het visitekaartje van onze organisatie! Op ons kantoor sta je cliënten en collega's te woord en verwijst ze door. Je beantwoordt de telefoon en ondersteunt bij een aantal administratieve werkzaamheden.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je heet cliënten en bezoekers welkom en verwijst ze door.
  • Je neemt inkomende telefoongesprekken aan en verbindt deze door.
  • Je registreert de aanwezigheid van bezoekers.
  • Je houdt reserveringen van vergaderruimtes bij.
  • Je verzorgt de post.
  • Je ondersteunt bij administratieve werkzaamheden.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt hart voor mensen met een vluchtachtergrond.
  • Je bent beschikbaar op woensdagochtend van 9.00 tot 12.30 uur.
  • Je hebt de intentie om deze rol minimaal 6-12 maanden te vervullen.
  • Je hebt een respectvolle houding naar cliënten en collega’s en andere bezoekers.
  • Je hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Je kunt met een computer werken.
  • Je houdt je aan de richtlijnen en afspraken van VluchtelingenWerk Nederland.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft Nederlands op minimaal B2-niveau.
