  • bringst du dich ab dem ersten Tag ein und profitierst sowohl persönlich als auch fachlich von der engen Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Experten-Team
  • erhältst du die Chance, unterschiedliche Facetten unserer strategischen Projektarbeit kennenzulernen – je nach Projektlage und Skillset
  • unterstützt du bei Commercial Due Diligences und/oder bei der Entwicklung von Digital- und Wachstums-Strategien
  • führst du quantitative und qualitative Analysen durch, begleitest Interviews oder Workshops und leitest daraus Risiken, Handlungsempfehlungen oder strategische Lösungen ab
  • erstellst du Reports, die als Entscheidungsgrundlage für das Management und weitere Stakeholder dienen

Idealerweise bringst du bereits mit ...

  • ein laufendes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, BWL oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
  • erste praktische Erfahrungen, z. B. in der Transaktionsberatung, Strategieberatung, im Inhouse Consulting oder einer studentischen Beratung
  • sehr gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Interesse am Transaktionsgeschäft, an digitalen Geschäftsmodellen und Transformationsberatung
  • eine ausgeprägte Teamorientierung, Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Spaß an strukturiertem Arbeiten
  • einen sicheren Umgang mit Microsoft Office (insbesondere PowerPoint und Excel)
  • verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • mindestens 3 bis 4 Monate Zeit, aktuell frühestens ab Q4 2026
