Idealerweise bringst du bereits mit ...

  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Strategie- / Managementberatung oder im Private-Equity-Umfeld – idealerweise mit Fokus auf Wachstums- und Value-Creation-Projekten.
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in Beratung / Zusammenarbeit mit C-Level-Entscheidern.
  • Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und hohe Ergebnissorientierung.
  • Hohe persönliche Einsatzbereitschaft, Teamgeist und souveränes Auftreten.
  • Ein solides Consulting Toolkit und ein abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. BWL, VWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar).
