In dieser Rolle bei uns ...

  • verantwortest du Technology, Product, Data & AI Due Diligence Projekte eigenständig und führst spannende Projekte gemeinsam mit deinem Projektteam zum Erfolg
  • suchst und meisterst du die Herausforderung, dich schnell in Technologien und Software-Produkte hineinzudenken
  • unterstützt du das C-Level und Gesellschafter*innen/Investoren in den entscheidenden (Transformations-)Phasen und übersetzt technologisches Fachwissen in investorengerechte Kommunikation
  • erstellst du Reports, die als Entscheidungsgrundlage für Investitionsentscheidungen dienen
  • führst/ moderierst du Experten- und Management-Sessions für und mit Unternehmen und Investoren
  • übernimmst du die fachliche Führung und Ausbildung von Kollegen und Kolleginnen
  • trägst du maßgeblich zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Analysten und Standards bei
  • entwickelst du dich perspektivisch zum/zur Manager*in mit Führungsverantwortung und übernimmst zunehmend weitere Management-Aufgaben

Idealerweise bringst du bereits mit ...

  • Leidenschaft für und Lust auf das Thema "Tech & Product Due Diligence", wie sie bei uns gelebt wird
  • ein abgeschlossenes (Master-) Studium der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder eines MINT-Studiengangs
  • mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung als (Senior) Consultant oder ähnlicher Rolle in einer Strategie-/ Management- bzw. Transaktions-Beratung mit Schwerpunkt Technologie oder vergleichbaren Arbeitsumgebung (Inhouse Consulting etc.) und/ oder in einer Tätigkeit bei einem IT- Service Provider, einer IT-Abteilung oder einem Software-Start Up
  • ein ausgezeichnetes analytisches Verständnis und Kommunikationsstärke gestützt von verhandlungssicheren Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen
  • ein Grundverständnis für "state of the art" Software-Entwicklung und –Betrieb sowie Architektur, Infrastruktur und Deployment-Ansätze
  • Humor, starke Teamorientierung, ein authentisches Auftreten, Leistungs- und Einsatzbereitschaft sowie eine ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz
