In dieser Rolle bei uns ...

  • pflegst du die Kommunikation mit Bewerber:innen, koordinierst Interviewtermine und hältst unser Bewerbermanagementsystem aktuell
  • führst du mit wachsender Erfahrung erste Interviews mit Bewerber:innen eigenständig
  • unterstützt du im Personalmarketing, etwa bei Hochschulmessen, Recruiting-Events und Employer-Branding-Content
  • entlastest du unser HR-Team im Tagesgeschäft und in der Personaladministration und bist Ansprechperson für Anfragen aus dem Team
  • erstellst du Arbeitszeugnisse und Vertragsentwürfe mit AI-Unterstützung, prüfst die Ergebnisse auf Qualität und Plausibilität und bereitest Unterlagen und Personaldaten auf
  • bereitest du Onboarding- und Offboarding-Prozesse mit vor und sorgst dafür, dass neue Kolleg:innen sich ab Tag 1 willkommen fühlen
  • arbeitest du täglich mit AI-Tools, testest neue AI Use Cases im HR und gibst mit deinem frischen Blick Feedback, wo Prozesse sich weiter standardisieren oder automatisieren lassen

Idealerweise bringst du bereits mit ...

  • Studierendenstatus (mindestens noch 1 Jahr) und Lust auf HR
  • und / oder erste praktische Erfahrungen im HR, die du gezielt erweitern willst
  • Kommunikations- und Überzeugungsstärke und ein verbindliches Auftreten
  • Organisationsstärke und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • sicheren Umgang mit MS Office und Begeisterung für KI-Tools
  • sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
