Pour l'un de nos clients majeurs dans le secteur du luxe, VO2 Group recherche un(e) Développeur(se) IA / AI Engineer pour rejoindre nos équipes à Paris en CDI.

Vous interviendrez au cœur de projets d'intelligence artificielle générative, avec un objectif : concevoir, développer et intégrer des solutions IA performantes, sécurisées et industrialisables, en vous appuyant sur les technologies Google Cloud et les frameworks d'IA agentique.

🎯 Votre rôle

Vous accompagnerez notre client dans la construction et le déploiement de solutions d'IA générative, notamment autour du développement d'agents intelligents et de leur intégration au système d'information.

Au quotidien, vous serez notamment amené(e) à :

  • Concevoir et développer des agents IA à l'aide de LangChain, LangGraph et Google ADK
  • Développer et intégrer des APIs et connecteurs pour interagir avec les applications et systèmes existants
  • Construire des solutions d'IA générative sur Google Cloud et Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform (GEAP)
  • Développer et maintenir des composants backend en Python
  • Mettre en œuvre les mécanismes de sécurité, de gestion des identités et des accès
  • Assurer le déploiement, l'industrialisation et l'observabilité des solutions IA
  • Optimiser la fiabilité, les performances et la maintenabilité des agents développés
  • Collaborer avec les équipes techniques, Cloud et métiers pour garantir la bonne intégration des solutions

🔎 Le profil que nous recherchons

Vous disposez d'une expérience significative en développement logiciel, idéalement sur des projets d'IA générative ou d'IA agentique, et êtes capable d'intervenir de manière autonome sur des sujets techniques, de la conception jusqu'au déploiement.

Vous maîtrisez particulièrement :

→ Python : développement backend, APIs et intégrations

→ LangChain / LangGraph : orchestration de workflows et d'agents IA

→ Google Cloud Platform (GCP) : développement et déploiement de solutions Cloud

→ Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform (GEAP) et Google ADK

→ APIs et connecteurs : intégration de services et de systèmes

→ Sécurité, IAM et observabilité : sécurisation, supervision et suivi des solutions en production

Prérequis indispensables :

  • Expérience pratique de Claude Code et/ou OpenAI Codex
  • Certification Claude Certified Developer – Foundations obligatoire
  • Formation ou certification Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform (GEAP) réalisée avant le démarrage sur ce périmètre

🌍 Vous évoluerez dans un environnement international : un anglais professionnel courant est indispensable pour le poste.
