Pour accompagner l’un de nos clients majeurs du secteur bancaire et financier, nous recherchons un(e) Business Analyst Senior spécialisé(e) Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).

Vous interviendrez sur l’évolution d’une plateforme Salesforce stratégique, utilisée pour accompagner les entreprises clientes et leurs besoins de financement.

🎯 Vos missions

En véritable interface entre les équipes métiers et les équipes techniques, vous serez notamment amené(e) à :

  • Recueillir, analyser et challenger les besoins métiers
  • Traduire les besoins en spécifications fonctionnelles claires et détaillées
  • Rédiger et maintenir les User Stories et critères d’acceptation
  • Préparer et animer les ateliers fonctionnels avec les différentes parties prenantes
  • Accompagner les métiers dans la définition et l’évolution de leurs processus
  • Faire le lien entre les équipes métiers, Produit et techniques
  • Contribuer aux choix fonctionnels et à l’évolution de la plateforme Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
  • Participer au suivi des développements et s’assurer de leur adéquation avec les besoins exprimés
  • Accompagner les phases de recette et de validation fonctionnelle

🔎 Profil recherché

Vous justifiez d’au moins 8 ans d’expérience sur des fonctions de Business Analyst / Consultant fonctionnel, avec une véritable séniorité dans l’accompagnement des métiers.

Une solide expérience de Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) est indispensable pour cette opportunité.

Vous êtes à l’aise avec :

→ Le recueil et l’analyse des besoins métiers → La rédaction de spécifications fonctionnelles et de User Stories → L’animation d’ateliers → Les environnements Salesforce / Financial Services Cloud → Les méthodologies Agile

Une expérience dans le secteur bancaire, financier ou des services financiers est fortement appréciée.

Au-delà de votre expertise Salesforce, nous recherchons une personne capable de comprendre des enjeux métiers complexes, challenger les besoins et communiquer efficacement avec des interlocuteurs métiers comme techniques.
