Pour l’un de nos clients majeurs dans le secteur de l’assurance, VO2 Group recherche un(e) Consultant(e) CRM Technique / Salesforce Marketing Cloud pour rejoindre nos équipes à Paris en CDI.

Vous interviendrez au cœur des sujets CRM, Data et Marketing Automation, avec un objectif : concevoir et déployer des parcours clients automatisés et personnalisés en vous appuyant sur l’écosystème Salesforce.

🎯 Votre rôle

Vous accompagnerez notre client dans la conception et l’évolution de ses parcours CRM omnicanaux, de la donnée jusqu’à l’activation des campagnes.

Au quotidien, vous serez notamment amené(e) à :

• Concevoir, paramétrer et déployer des parcours clients automatisés dans Salesforce Marketing Cloud • Construire et optimiser les parcours dans Journey Builder • Mettre en place et maintenir les automatisations via Automation Studio • Créer, structurer et exploiter les Data Extensions • Réaliser des ciblages et segmentations à partir des données issues de Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) • Développer des requêtes SQL pour l’exploitation et l’activation des données • Mettre en œuvre la personnalisation dynamique des communications avec AMPscript • Intégrer et optimiser des templates e-mail responsive en HTML/CSS • Collaborer avec les équipes CRM, Marketing, Data et IT

🔎 Le profil que nous recherchons

Vous avez idéalement 3 à 5 ans d’expérience minimum sur des problématiques CRM / Marketing Automation et êtes autonome sur Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Vous maîtrisez particulièrement :

→ Salesforce Marketing Cloud : Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Data Extensions → Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360 : ciblage, segmentation et activation de données → SQL → AMPscript → HTML / CSS appliqué à l’e-mailing

🌍 Vous évoluerez dans un contexte international : un anglais professionnel / courant est indispensable pour le poste.
