Im Sales bei voiio geht es nicht nur um die Erreichung von Umsatzzielen - hier hast du die Chance, wirklich etwas zu bewegen, indem wir mit unserer Plattform Menschen spürbar im Berufs- und Privatleben unterstützen. Als Senior Account Executive übernimmst du die Verantwortung für den gesamten Sales Cycle – von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zum erfolgreichen Vertragsabschluss.

Deine Aufgaben bei voiio:

  • New Business: Du gewinnst proaktiv neue Kund:innen durch gezieltes Outbound-Prospecting (u.a. Cold Calling).
  • Solution Selling: Du führst Web-Demos durch und übersetzt die Bedürfnisse der Unternehmen in passgenaue Lösungen.
  • Deal Strategy: Du navigierst souverän durch komplexe Buying Center, identifizierst Hürden frühzeitig und sicherst die Abschlusswahrscheinlichkeit deiner Leads.
  • Closing: Du führst Verhandlungen zum Erfolg und treibst den Ausbau unserer Marktpräsenz aktiv voran.
  • Sales Excellence: Gemeinsam mit dem Sales Team entwickelst du unsere Vertriebsstrategie weiter und steuerst deine Pipeline datengetrieben in HubSpot.

Das zeichnet dich aus:

  • Track Record: Mehrjährige Erfolgshistorie im B2B-SaaS Sales (idealerweise HR-Tech).
  • Empathisches Kommunikationstalent: Du trittst überzeugend auf Augenhöhe mit Entscheider:innen auf, erkennst durch deine Empathie Kundenbedürfnisse blitzschnell und bringst komplexe Sachverhalte präzise auf den Punkt.
  • Abschlussstärke: Du bist absolut Target-driven, verhandlungssicher und bringst eine gesunde Portion „Hunter-Mentalität“ mit.
  • Start Up Mindset: Du vereinst eine strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise in einem dynamischen Umfeld mit der Leidenschaft, gemeinsam im Team etwas zu bewegen – inklusive einer ordentlichen Portion Spaß in unserem offenen Büro.
  • Sprache: Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau (Must-have).
