Deine Aufgaben bei voiio:

  • Strategie mit Wirkung: Du entwickelst und implementierst eine innovative Produktstrategie, die perfekt auf die Ziele von voiio abgestimmt ist. Hierfür definierst du Produkt-Roadmaps und stellst sicher, dass unsere Produkte pünktlich und in höchster Qualität auf den Markt kommen.
  • Marktkenntnis und Kundenbindung: Du führst eingehende Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen durch und nutzt das Feedback unserer Kunden, um Produkte zu entwickeln, die nicht nur echten Mehrwert bieten, sondern die Erwartungen übertreffen.
  • Innovation als Standard: Du förderst eine Kultur der Innovation und Zusammenarbeit, indem du mit allen Stakeholdern zusammenarbeitest, um aus Geschäftsanforderungen innovative Produktinitiativen zu schaffen. Du setzt auf iterative Entwicklungsprozesse, um die Produktentwicklung stetig zu verbessern.
  • Analytische Präzision und strategische Beratung: Du überwachst und interpretierst KPIs, um den Erfolg unserer Produkte zu messen. Du nutzt datengestützte Einsichten, um Prozesse zu optimieren und strategische Empfehlungen an das Führungsteam zu liefern.

Das zeichnet dich aus:

  • Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung im Produktmanagement in einem schnell wachsenden Start-up, vorzugsweise mit Bezug zu Bereichen wie B2B/ SaaS/ Plattform
  • Du arbeitest höchst analytisch und bist erfahren in der Interpretation großer Datenpunkte
  • Du bringst ein “User-First-Mindset” und eine agile Arbeitsweise mit
  • Du kennst dich mit etablierten Best-Practices und Tools sehr gut aus (Mockups, Process-Mapping, Kollaboration, etc.) und hast die Fähigkeit diese zu implementieren
  • Du hast bewiesene Erfahrung mit den gängigen quantitativen und qualitativen User-Testing-Methoden
  • Du sprichst sehr gut Deutsch und Englisch
  • Du bist ein:e echte:r Teamplayer:in und genießt ein dynamisches und spaßiges Büroumfeld
