Deine Aufgaben bei voiio:

  • Operative Gesamtverantwortung für unsere voiio Plattform: Planung, Umsetzung und Optimierung aller Kernprozesse (z. B. Event-/Kurs-Operations und Vendor-Management)
  • Skalierung & Prozess-Exzellenz: Aufbau standardisierter, automatisierter Abläufe, SLA- und Qualitätsmanagement
  • Cross-funktionale Steuerung: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Customer Success, Product, Content, Finance und Customer Service
  • Teamführung: Aufbau, Coaching und Weiterentwicklung eines 3-köpfigen Operations Teams inkl. Ressourcen- und Budgetplanung
  • Risiko & Compliance: Sicherstellung von Datenschutz-, Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards entlang der Wertschöpfung
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung: Initiierung und Leitung von strategischen Projekten und bereichsübergreifenden Programmen

Das zeichnet dich aus:

  • 7+ Jahre Erfahrung in Operations/Business Operations/Service Delivery, idealerweise in B2B-SaaS, Plattform- oder Marktplatz-Umfeldern
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung mit nachweislichem Track Record im Skalieren von Teams und Prozessen
  • Stark analytisch, KPIs-getrieben und hands-on; sicher im Umgang mit Daten und gängigen Ops-/BI-Tools
  • Tiefes Prozess-Know-how (z. B. Lean, SOPs, SLA-Design, Automatisierung) und hohe technische Affinität
  • Exzellente Stakeholder-Kommunikation, Priorisierung und Projektsteuerung in dynamischen Umgebungen
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
