Baylor Weekend LPN (Friday, Saturday & Sunday)

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Day Shift | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Lakeshore Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation, a proud member of the Volare Health family, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. If you're looking for a consistent weekend schedule while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents, we'd love to hear from you.

Schedule

Baylor Weekend

  • Friday, Saturday & Sunday
  • 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents.
  • Assess resident needs and monitor changes in condition.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Develop and update individualized care plans.
  • Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to provide exceptional resident care.

Qualifications

  • Current Louisiana Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
  • Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and support nursing staff.
  • Passion for providing compassionate, resident-centered care.
