Weekend Supervisor (LPN) New Starting Pay: $39.11/HR - $55.18/HR DOE

Pay is based on licensed Experience Location: Corvallis Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center – Corvallis, OR

Schedule: Weekends (Sat & Sun, 8 hour shift) 9-5:30

Position Summary:

As a Weekend Supervisor Registered Nurse (LPN), you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and updating the comprehensive care plans for our residents and supporting the floor staff as needed. You’ll play a crucial role in providing leadership, supervision, and direct care to our residents, ensuring the highest quality care is delivered with compassion and professionalism.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Current LPN License: Must be licensed as a LPN in Oregon.
  • Resident Care Expertise: Ability to assess, plan, and implement individualized care for our residents.
  • Leadership Skills: Supervision of nursing staff and a commitment to high-quality care delivery.
  • A Passion for Helping Others: A genuine desire to make a positive impact in the lives of our residents.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of state and federal rules and regulations governing nursing practices.
