Deine Aufgaben

Als Planungsingenieur:in verantwortest du die bauliche Planung unserer Batteriespeicher-Projekte über die Leistungsphasen 1 bis 7 (HOAI). Du verstärkst das Team als fachliche Instanz für Baugrund, Gründung und Tiefbau, unterstützt intern mit bautechnischer Expertise und hinterfragst die Ergebnisse externer Gutachter und Fachplaner qualifiziert.

Projektentwicklung – dein Schwerpunkt (LPH 4–6)

  • Du verantwortest die Genehmigungs- und Ausführungsplanung unserer BESS-Projekte, inklusive der Unterlagen für den Bauantrag
  • Du bewertest bautechnische Fragestellungen eigenständig und triffst fundierte Entscheidungen zu Gründung, Tragwerk, Entwässerung und Brandschutz – bezogen auf Batteriespeicher
  • Du koordinierst Baugrundgutachten in der passenden Tiefe je Projektphase – vom ersten Screening bis zum Sondergutachten für Spezialgründungen
  • Du steuerst externe Gutachter und Fachplaner fachlich auf Augenhöhe und prüfst deren Ergebnisse kritisch auf Qualität und Plausibilität
  • Du bereitest die Vergabe vor und erstellst die Ausschreibungsunterlagen

Ergänzend übernimmst du fachliche Anteile in zwei weiteren Phasen:

  • Presales (LPH 1–3, anteilig): Du unterstützt bei der frühen Bewertung von Grundstücken auf bauliche Eignung (Tragfähigkeit, Bodenklassen, Altlasten, Wasserschutzgebiete) und lieferst Grundlagen für Projektentscheidung und Budget
  • Vergabe (LPH 7, unterstützend): Du bringst deine fachliche Sicht bei Angebotsprüfung und Vergabe ein und übergibst das Projekt sauber an die Bauüberwachung

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen; alternativ Architektur mit Erfahrung in Tragwerk, Gründung und Ausführungsplanung
  • Berufserfahrung in der Planung von Infrastruktur-, Energie- oder Industriebauprojekten
  • Fundiertes Know-how in Baugrund und Gründung, Entwässerung sowie in der Bewertung von Bodengutachten
  • Sichere Anwendung der HOAI-Leistungsphasen, insbesondere 4–6
  • Eigenständige fachliche Urteilsfähigkeit: Du bewertest bautechnische Fragestellungen selbstständig und triffst belastbare Entscheidungen
  • Hands-on-Mentalität: pragmatisch, umsetzungsorientiert, klar in der Kommunikation
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse
