Deine Aufgaben

  • Du betreibst Produkt-Discovery auf Lösungsebene und validierst Lösungen mit echten Nutzern, bevor entwickelt wird
  • Produktanforderungen definierst und dokumentierst du (Problem, Nutzen, Akzeptanzkriterien) und verantwortest das Product Backlog als priorisierte User Stories
  • Mit dem Entwicklungsteam arbeitest du eng zusammen – von der Iterationsplanung bis zur Abnahme und Übergabe an Rollout/Service
  • Ein tiefes Verständnis unseres EMS-Produkts und der energiewirtschaftlichen Domäne (Architektur, BTM/FTM/Multi-Use/Trading, Feldbetrieb) baust du auf und hältst es aktuell
  • Die Produktroadmap pflegst du über HW-, SW- und Service-Abhängigkeiten hinweg und steuerst sie rollierend
  • Du bist die Informationsdrehscheibe zwischen verschiedenen Stakeholder und übersetzt Markteinblicke aus dem Business Development in unsere Softwareprodukte
  • Du führst Feld- und Servicefeedback strukturiert zurück in Backlog und Discovery und regulatorische Anforderungen (§14a EnWG, Redispatch/EEG, Messwesen, ISO 27001/NIS2, Flexibilitätsvermarktung) steuerst du direkt ins Produkt ein
  • Release-, Rollout- und OpenEMS-Sync-Themen begleitest du aus Produktsicht
  • Für Sales und Service bist du erste:r Ansprechpartner:in, stellst Schulungen und Demo-/Testumgebungen bereit und sicherst die Produktdokumentation
  • Du steuerst Produkt-KPIs, Change-Management und Phase-Out/Lifecycle und trägst zur Wirtschaftlichkeit unseres Preis-/Lizenzmodells bei

Dein Profil

  • Ein Studium der Informatik, eine informationstechnische Ausbildung oder einschlägige Berufserfahrung in Softwareentwicklung oder Produktmanagement von Softwareprodukten
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung als Produktmanager:in im Software-Bereich
  • Tiefgreifendes Verständnis von Softwareentwicklung und Provisioning
  • Fundierte Methodenkenntnisse im Produktmanagement
  • Branchenkenntnisse in Energiewirtschaft und Softwareentwicklung
  • Erfahrung in schnittstellenintensiven Aufgaben und die Fähigkeit, unterschiedliche Themen strukturiert parallel zu bearbeiten
  • Eine Persönlichkeit, die andere motivieren kann
  • Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit und ein hohes Maß an Selbstorganisation – von der Marktidee bis zum Phase-Out
