Deine Aufgaben

Strom aus erneuerbaren Quellen ist längst kein Engpass mehr – das Problem ist: ihn nutzbar zu machen, wenn er gebraucht wird. Batteriespeicher sind die Antwort. Du sorgst dafür, dass sie gebaut werden.

Als Projektmanager BESS C&I bei Voltfang trägst du Projekte von der ersten Grundstücksprüfung bis zur schlüsselfertigen Inbetriebnahme – kein Verwalten in der zweiten Reihe, sondern die zentrale Kraft, die ein komplexes Energieprojekt ans Laufen bringt.

  • Du steuerst BESS-Projekte im C&I-Segment als Generalunternehmer – von der technischen Vorprüfung über Genehmigung und Bau bis zur schlüsselfertigen Inbetriebnahme
  • Vor-Ort-Termine planst und koordinierst du gemeinsam mit Sales und Sub-Partnern: Standort, Netzanschluss, Bau, Sonderanforderungen
  • Du navigierst Genehmigungsprozesse sicher durch – inkl. Koordination externer Planungsbüros, Fachgutachter und Behörden
  • Sub-Unternehmer (Tiefbau, Elektroinstallation/BOP-E, MS-Technik, Erdung/Blitzschutz) beauftragst, steuerst und kontrollierst du mit klaren Erwartungen
  • Zwischen Planung, Lieferung, Bau, Netzanschluss, Inbetriebnahme und Betrieb hältst du die Fäden zusammen – strukturiert, lückenlos, ohne dass etwas zwischen den Stühlen landet
  • Termine, Kosten und Qualität hast du konsequent im Griff – inkl. aktivem Risiko-, Änderungs- und Nachtragsmanagement
  • Du reportest regelmäßig zu Projektstatus, Risiken und Kosten – intern wie gegenüber Projekteigentümern, direkt und ohne Schönfärberei
  • Prozesse, Tools und Standards im Projektmanagement entwickelst du aktiv mit – Voltfang wächst, und du wächst mit

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Elektrotechnik, Energietechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Bauingenieurwesen o. ä. oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung mit echter Projekterfahrung
  • Mindestens 3–5 Jahre im Projektmanagement technischer oder baulicher Projekte; Erfahrung in BESS, PV, Netzanschluss, EPC oder Anlagenbau ist ein klarer Pluspunkt
  • Verständnis von VNB-Prozessen (VDE-AR-N 4110), MS-Technik und elektrotechnischen Grundlagen
  • Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich und strukturiert, auch wenn mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig laufen, verlierst du weder Termine noch Kosten aus dem Blick
  • Du kommunizierst klar: mit Kunden, Sub-Unternehmern und internen Teams
  • Du bleibst ruhig, wenn's turbulent wird, und setzt dich durch, wenn's nötig ist
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Führerschein Klasse B und Reisebereitschaft (ca. 20 %, deutschlandweit)

Nice to have

  • Erfahrung mit Tiefbau- und Elektro-Subunternehmern
  • Kenntnisse in Vermarktung von Energiemanagementsystemen oder Asset-Anwendungen
  • Direkter VNB-Kontakt und Erfahrung mit Netzanschlussanträgen
