Beschreibung

  • Selbstständige Bearbeitung der Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Sach-, Kreditoren-, Debitorenbuchhaltung und Abstimmung
  • Erstellung von Monatsabschlüssen und Steueranmeldungen
  • Erstellung erforderlicher Buchhaltungsauswertungen und Meldungen
  • Abwicklung des operativen Tagesgeschäftes der Buchhaltung (z.B. Buchungen, Mahnungen, Zahlungsverkehr / Zahlläufe)
  • Überwachung von Zahlungszielen und Fälligkeiten im Zahlungsverkehr und Forderungsmanagement
  • Vorbereitung der Jahresabschlussunterlagen für den Steuerberater
  • Begleitung bei Betriebsprüfungen in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Steuerberater
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen Fachbereichen der Zooverwaltung und Behörden
  • Unterstützung bei betriebswirtschaftlichen Auswertungen und weiteren kaufmännischen Fragestellungen.
  • Sie bringen sich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung und Digitalisierung unserer Prozesse im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen ein

Qualifikationen und was Sie mitbringen sollten...

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung als Finanzbuchhalter (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) oder Steuerfachangestellter (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Weiterbildung oder Erfahrung in der Bilanzbuchhaltung von Vorteil – (Bilanzierung erfolgt im externen Steuerbüro)
  • Gute Kenntnisse in DATEV und den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
