1. 化妆品、化工类相关专业本科及以上学历，5 年及以上化妆品配方开发相关经验，熟悉化 妆品产品和配方知识。 2. 热爱化妆品行业，对化妆品产品配发开发实验有浓厚的兴趣 3. 具备基本的专业文献检索及专利文章的撰写能力 4. 优秀的创意能力，深度理解用户需求，对时尚美妆市场有敏锐的洞察力。 5. 卓越的项目管理、沟通表达能力和团队精神。
