About Voyagu
Premium travellers deserve more than a booking engine. They deserve an expert.
Voyagu is a San Francisco-based travel management company that connects high-value travellers with expert advisors who make planning, booking, and support effortless. We’re a team of 100+ people across San Francisco, Amsterdam, Warsaw, Mexico City, and now Tbilisi. We generate millions in revenue in a billion-dollar industry, and we’re just getting started.
About the role
Behind every great deal is a great price. That’s where you come in.
As a Pricing Operations Specialist, you’ll be the analytical engine behind our Sales team. Every request is a puzzle. Your job is to find the pricing and routing opportunities others miss and turn them into accurate, sellable options that help Sales close business and generate profit.
This isn’t a sales or customer support role. You won’t talk to clients. You’ll work with data, logic, and patterns, and your work will directly drive results.
No travel experience? No problem. We’ll teach you everything about airfares and booking systems.
What you’ll be doing
- Breaking down each request: what’s needed, and what the market baseline looks like
- Deciding which pricing and routing approaches are worth trying, and how deep to search
- Building accurate, ready-to-book options that Sales can present with confidence
- Explaining the trade-offs between options clearly to the Sales team
- Knowing when to stop, and putting your time where it creates the most value
- Handling a high volume of similar analytical tasks with consistent focus and accuracy
- Learning fast: spotting patterns, applying them, and getting sharper every week
What you’ll need
- Fluent English, for working with an international team every day
- Strong analytical problem-solving: you work from the facts you have, ask for what’s missing, and reach logical conclusions
- Ownership of outcomes. You care about the result, not just about finishing the task
- Fast learning and sharp pattern recognition, especially with new and complex information
- Focus and discipline in repetitive, detail-heavy work
- Curiosity about how your work turns into commercial results
Nice to have
- Experience in pricing, logistics, planning, procurement, operations, or analytics
- A background in engineering, economics, math, or science
What you’ll get
- Base pay + commission on the gross profit you help generate, paid in USD
- Structured onboarding that trains you in airfares, routing, and booking systems from zero
- A role at the heart of a fast-growing business, in an international team
- 20 PTO days, 8 floating holidays, and 5 sick days
- 50 remote days per year after 6 months
- Health insurance after probation
- All equipment provided
The setup
- Monday to Friday, 5 PM–2 AM Tbilisi time, aligned with U.S. business hours
- On-site at our office in downtown Tbilisi
- Independent Contractor agreement
