  • Partner with medicinal chemists and other research team members to generate design hypotheses and use predictions to drive experimental decision making.
  • Integrate structural, biological, and ADME/DMPK data to optimize compound profiles.
  • Evaluate, apply, and help advance AI-enabled approaches for molecular design, prediction, and decision support in drug discovery
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to project and functional teams as well as leadership.
  • Mentor junior scientists and contribute to computational best practices.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • In depth knowledge of state-of-the-art computational chemistry and its application in drug discovery
  • Experience with commercial and open-source molecular modeling software

  • Ph.D. (or equivalent degree) in Computational Chemistry and 6++ years of productive, relevant employment experience in computational drug design, with demonstrated progression in scientific leadership
  • Strong expertise in structure-based drug design and optimization of small molecules; experience with beyond-rule-of-five modalities is desirable
  • Experience leveraging modern AI computational capabilities for both design and discovery workstreams
  • Proven success influencing design and discovery strategy
  • Strong programming, data analysis, and communication skills

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
