About the Role

We’re looking for a Chartered Accountant (CA / CA-Inter) to own end-to-end accounting, compliance, and MIS in our software for a fast-growing FMCG/aerosols manufacturer. You’ll close books monthly, ensure accurate statutory filings (GST, TDS), manage audits, and drive actionable financial insights for leadership.

  • Business Partnering

Must Have

  • CA / CA-Inter (or B.Com/M.Com with strong full-cycle accounting experience).
  • 3–6+ years of experience in manufacturing/FMCG accounting.
  • Hands-on with our software (preferred) or Tally + Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot/Lookup).
  • Solid knowledge of Indian GST, TDS, Income Tax, and audit requirements.
  • Excellent understanding to P/L of each department

Nice to have

  • Costing exposure (BOM, overhead absorption, standard vs. actual variance).
  • Experience with E-invoicing/E-way Bill, MSME, export compliance.
  • Working knowledge of payroll compliances (PF/ESI coordination with HR).
  • Strong analytical skills
