Als Teil unseres Consulting-Teams berätst du Unternehmen dabei, ihre IT-Security-Strategie mit Microsoft-Technologien wirksam umzusetzen – nicht auf dem Papier, sondern in der Praxis. Von der ersten Anforderungsanalyse bis zum operativen Betrieb bist du dabei. Du bist mehr als Berater:in - du wirst Teil der Projekte, die du begleitest, und hinterlässt echten Mehrwert.

  • Du übernimmst die architekturelle Verantwortung für unseren Blueprint beim Kunden
  • Du bringst Security for AI in die Diskussionen ein und bist der Motor um eine Agent ready Architektur beim Kunden aufzubauen
  • Du analysierst fachliche und technische Anforderungen und entwickelst gemeinsam mit unseren Kund:innen ihre IT-Security-Strategie – von der Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung.
  • Du übernimmst Projekte von A bis Z: Anforderungsaufnahme, Implementierung, Dokumentation. Eigenverantwortlich und mit echtem Gestaltungsspielraum.
  • Du leitest Workshops zur Anforderungsanalyse und leistest Architektur- und Strategieberatung – als erste Ansprechperson für Kund:innen und Vertrieb.
  • Du entwickelst Managed Services und Workshop-Formate weiter – intern wie extern – und teilst dein Wissen aktiv, optional auch auf der Bühne.
  • Du verfolgst Trends im Security-Umfeld und bringst neue Impulse für die strategische Weiterentwicklung unseres Consultings ein.

Deine Skills

  • Fundiertes Wissen und praktische Erfahrung in Cybersecurity – IT oder OT, beides willkommen.
  • Erfahrung mit Microsoft Sentinel, Entra Suite, Security for A.I. oder Microsoft Defender
  • Zertifizierungen wie SC-300, AZ-500 oder SC-500 sind ein Plus. Wir unterstützen dich aber auch gerne auf dem Weg dahin.
  • Kommunikationsstärke auf Augenhöhe – auch mit Menschen, die keinen Cybersecurity-Hintergrund haben.
  • Strukturiertes, lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten und die Bereitschaft, Probleme offen anzusprechen statt zu umschiffen.
  • Begeisterung für neue Technologien und Lust auf kontinuierliche Weiterbildung.
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift.
  • Wohnsitz in Deutschland; Reisebereitschaft sollte vorhanden sein.

  • 75.600 - 91.200 € / Jahr entsprechend des Qualifikationsgrads
