Deine Mission

  • Du berätst unsere Kunden beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung ihrer Krisenresilienz: von der Konzeption von Krisenorganisationen über die Einrichtung und Schulung von Krisenstäben bis zur Verankerung im operativen Betrieb.
  • Heißt konkret: du baust mit Kunden Krisenteams strukturiert auf, definierst Rollen und Abläufe und machst die Handlungsfähigkeit im Ernstfall nachweisbar.
  • Du planst und moderierst Krisenübungen und Simulationen, von tabletop exercises bis zu vollständigen Planspielen, sodass Teams im Ernstfall wissen, was zu tun ist.
  • Du gestaltest unsere Krisensimulationsformate aktiv mit: Szenarien konzipieren, Übungsunterlagen entwickeln, Simulationsabläufe inhaltlich ausarbeiten.
  • Im Business Continuity Management und ITSCM begleitest du Kunden von der Business Impact Analyse über Notfallkonzepte bis zu praxistauglichen Runbooks und Playbooks, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Cloud Architect, um technische Notfallarchitekturen in belastbare Wiederanlaufpläne zu übersetzen.
  • Du beobachtest regulatorische Entwicklungen, erkennst Implikationen für unsere Kunden und bringst neue Ansätze in unsere Beratungspraxis ein.

Deine Skills

  • Mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung in Krisenmanagement, Krisenorganisation, BCM oder ITSCM, auf Beratungsseite oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle
  • Fundiertes Verständnis gängiger Normen und Rahmenwerke: ISO 22301, ISO 27031, BSI IT-Grundschutz
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Durchführung von BIAs sowie der Entwicklung von Runbooks und Playbooks
  • Kenntnisse in regulierten Branchen (Finanzdienstleistungen, KRITIS) oder einschlägige Zertifizierungen (CISM, BSI-Grundschutz Praktiker, BAIT/DORA-Kontext) sind ein Plus
