Deine Mission

  • Du analysierst komplexe Kundeninfrastrukturen und übersetzt deren Anforderungen, Restriktionen und Betriebsmodelle in cloudbasierte Disaster-Recovery-Konzepte, von der Bestandsaufnahme über die Architekturentscheidung bis zur Implementierung, eigenverantwortlich und gemeinsam mit dem Kunden.
  • Heißt konkret: du gehst raus, schaust dir Kundenprozesse und die darunter liegenden IT-Ressourcen und Abhängigkeiten an, konzipierst die passende Notfallarchitektur, ob aktiv/standby, klassisches DR oder kompletter Neuaufbau im Greenfield, und setzt sie technisch um. Du validierst, testest und hältst die Umgebung betriebsfähig. Den Wiederanlaufplan schreibst du am Ende gemeinsam mit unserem BCM-Team.
  • Du unterstützt aktiv im Presales: technische Lösungen überzeugend erklären, positionieren und gemeinsam mit dem Vertrieb beim Kunden vertreten.
  • Du erkennst früh, wo Kundenumgebungen Sonderbehandlung brauchen, und entwickelst pragmatische Lösungsansätze statt Idealarchitekturen.
  • Du teilst dein Wissen im Team, hilfst Kolleg:innen bei der Einarbeitung in komplexe Kundensituationen und trägst zur Weiterentwicklung unserer technischen Delivery-Standards bei.

Deine Skills

  • Fundierte Hands-on-Erfahrung mit dem Microsoft-Stack (Entra ID, Intune, M365, Azure) in Konzeption und Implementierung
  • Tiefes Verständnis von Hybrid-Infrastrukturen: Active Directory, Netzwerktopologie, Konnektivität via Azure VPN, ExpressRoute oder Entra Connect, und die Fähigkeit daraus abzuleiten, welche Workloads in einer Notfallumgebung replizierbar, cloud-seitig ausweichbar oder neu aufzubauen sind
  • Kenntnisse in STACKIT oder Google Workspace / Google Cloud Platform sind ein Plus
  • Solides Sicherheitsverständnis im Infrastrukturkontext: Netzwerksegmentierung, Identitäts- und Zugriffsmanagement, sichere Konfiguration von Cloud-Ressourcen, Datenschutz im DR-Betrieb und Zero-Trust-Prinzipien
  • Erfahrung im vollständigen DR-Lifecycle: Konzeption, technische Umsetzung, Validierung, Testing und laufende Pflege von Notfallumgebungen
