Deine Aufgaben

In deze functie zorg jij er achter de schermen voor dat onze organisatie mobiel blijft. Voertuigen, onderhoud, keuringen, schades en documentatie: jij regelt het.

Je werkt toe naar een volledig zelfstandige rol waarin je eigenaarschap neemt, prioriteiten stelt en zaken pragmatisch oplost. Geen dag is hetzelfde en dat vind jij juist prettig. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Coördinatie en beheer van personenauto’s, aanhangwagens en huurvoertuigen
  • Plannen en organiseren van onderhoud, reparaties en keuringen (APK / HU)
  • Afhandeling van schades inclusief verzekeringen en administratieve afwikkeling
  • Bewaken van tachografen, tol, vergunningen en wettelijke verplichtingen
  • Actueel houden van voertuiggegevens en technische documentatie

Je bent iemand die verantwoordelijkheid neemt en niet afwacht tot een ander het oppakt. Daarnaast herken jij jezelf in het volgende:

  • Een commerciële of technische opleiding, of aantoonbare relevante ervaring
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken en neemt ownership
  • Je bent pragmatisch, oplossingsgericht en stressbestendig
  • Je voelt je prettig in een dynamische werkomgeving
  • Affiniteit met voertuigen, techniek of logistiek
  • Ervaring met wagenparkbeheer is een pré
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en bij voorkeur Duitse Taal
