Du verwandelst Kundenanfragen in handfeste, durchdachte Angebote und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Bau- und Tiefbauprojekte von Anfang an auf einem soliden Fundament stehen. Mit Deinem technischen Gespür bringst Du Kunden, Team und Projekte auf Erfolgskurs.

Bei uns sitzt Du nicht einfach nur am Rechner und tippst Zahlen ein. Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen Vertrieb, Kunde und Ausführung und hast direkten Einfluss darauf, welche Projekte wir gewinnen und wie erfolgreich sie laufen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du erstellst Kalkulationen und Angebote und hast dabei Fristen, Budgets und projektspezifische Anforderungen fest im Blick
  • Du bearbeitest Kundenanfragen, prüfst Ausschreibungen und führst Kostenschätzungen durch
  • Du stimmst Dich individuell mit unseren Kunden ab, verfolgst Deine Angebote nach und übergibst gewonnene Projekte sauber an die Ausführung
  • Du kümmerst Dich um das Nachtragsmanagement und unterstützt unsere Sales Manager im Tagesgeschäft
  • Du erstellst hydrologische Berechnungen und entwickelst passende Wasserhaltungskonzepte
  • Und ganz wichtig: Du bringst Deine Praxiserfahrung von der Baustelle ein und hilfst uns, Angebote noch realistischer und treffsicherer zu machen

Das bringst Du mit

Du musst kein geborener Kalkulator sein. Viel wichtiger ist uns, dass Du weißt, wie es auf einer Tiefbaustelle wirklich läuft, und Lust hast, dieses Wissen jetzt am Schreibtisch einzusetzen.

Ideal ist, wenn Du Folgendes mitbringst:

  • Berufserfahrung als Polier, Bauleiter oder Bautechniker im Tiefbau oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium als Bauingenieur
  • Technisches Verständnis für Bauprojekte und Boden
  • Eine selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamgeist und lösungsorientiertes Denken
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift für die Kommunikation mit Kunden und Kollegen
