Dan ben jij misschien wel de persoon die wij zoeken!Als Customer Service Medewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de klanten. Je staat hen professioneel en vriendelijk te woord, beantwoordt vragen over producten, prijzen en bestellingen en zorgt voor een vlotte afhandeling van elk contactmoment.Je takenpakket is gevarieerd en boeiend:

  • Je helpt klanten telefonisch of via mail en geeft duidelijke info over de producten en diensten.
  • Je verwerkt bestellingen en mails nauwkeurig, stelt offertes op en verzorgt de facturatie.
  • Je behandelt klachten op een empathische en doeltreffende manier en zoekt actief naar de beste oplossing.

Wie zoeken wij in deze functie als customer service medewerker:

  • Je hebt reeds een stabiele ervaring als klantendienstmedewerker
  • Je bent hands-on, positief ingesteld en houdt van samenwerken.
  • Klanten blij maken? Dat geeft jou energie!
  • Je bent vlot tweetalig (Nederlands/Frans) en communiceert helder en professioneel.
  • Je houdt van structuur en plannen, maar raakt niet uit balans wanneer er iets onverwachts gebeurt.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, stelt de juiste prioriteiten en denkt steeds in oplossingen.
