团队简介 sudo AI（苏度科技）打造能执行真实任务的通用机器人，本体硬件、嵌入式系统与具身智能软件全栈自研。你将加入机器人本体研发团队，负责轮式底盘的机械结构设计与迭代。

岗位职责 1.负责通用机器人轮式底盘的机械结构设计：总体架构与布局、行走与传动系统（轮组、驱动/转向、悬挂减振机构）、电机与减速器安装结构； 2.底盘与整机的结构集成：与双臂本体、电池包、电气与控制模块、外壳覆盖件的接口设计，规划走线与维护空间，与电气、嵌入式团队协同完成整机布局； 3.零部件详细设计：3D 建模与 2D 出图、公差与配合（GD&T）、BOM 编制，钣金、铸铝/压铸、注塑、机加工等工艺选型与 DFM/DFA 优化； 4.结构仿真与测试验证：强度、刚度、模态等仿真，参与装配、跌落、振动、耐久等测试方案制定与执行，问题归因与设计闭环； 5.支持样机装配与调试，跟进样机到量产的导入（供应商技术对接、工艺评审、成本与重量优化）； 6.持续迭代底盘结构，支撑产品多代演进。

1.本科及以上，机械设计制造及其自动化、机械电子工程、车辆工程等相关专业； 2.3 年及以上底盘、移动机器人（AGV/AMR/服务机器人）或车辆相关机械结构设计经验； 3.精通常见三维机械设计软件，工程图规范，熟练 GD&T 与公差分析； 4.熟悉轴承、齿轮、带传动、悬挂与减振元件、紧固件等常见零部件的选型与设计计算； 5.熟悉结构件常见加工工艺（钣金、铸造、压铸、注塑、机加工）及表面处理，具备 DFM 意识； 6.有有限元仿真经验（常见主流仿真软件），能独立完成静强度/模态分析。

加分项 1.有量产机型从样机到量产的完整交付经验（AGV/AMR/服务机器人/汽车底盘零部件）； 2.铸铝/压铸结构件量产设计经验； 3.熟悉电机与行星/谐波减速器、轮组单元的选型与集成； 4.有多体动力学分析经验（常见动力学分析软件）。
