The posting

About Us

At We., we've spent decades at the intersection of technology and humanity, bridging the gap between what businesses create and how people experience those creations. We've learned that beneath even the most unruly situations — whether it's a global crisis, an emerging technology, or a sweeping organizational change—lies a simple human need. That need could be for trust, connection, safety, or a sense of purpose. But it’s always there. And it is only by uncovering these truths that we can make real, meaningful progress.

About the Role

The Sr. HRIS Analyst is an experienced contributor on the Global HR Systems team who supports the configuration, maintenance, testing, and ongoing operation of assigned areas of the organization’s Workday platform. Reporting to the Manager, Global HR Systems, this role partners with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to promote data accuracy, system efficiency, and consistent HR processes across the employee lifecycle.

This position has developed subject matter expertise in two to three assigned Workday modules while building broader platform knowledge. The role handles routine to moderately complex work independently, contributes to enhancements and global HR initiatives, and escalates complex integrations, security, architecture, and enterprise solution-design decisions to HRIS leadership or designated technical partners.

Note: The hiring team is prioritizing candidates on the West Coast.

Responsibilities

Workday Configuration & Administration

  • Support configuration and maintenance for two to three assigned Workday modules, such as Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, or Performance Management, with broader platform exposure
  • Maintain approved business process configurations and execute routine security updates within established governance standards; escalate complex security design and exceptions to the Manager, Global HR Systems
  • Support testing and deployment activities for Workday biannual releases, enhancements, and new functionality
  • Troubleshoot routine to moderately complex system issues, document findings, and partner with HRIS leadership, vendors, or technical teams on resolution of complex issues

HRIS Operations & Data Management

  • Perform audits and controls to support the accuracy, integrity, privacy, and compliance of HR data across systems
  • Process and support moderately complex employee lifecycle transactions and approved system configurations
  • Monitor integrations and data feeds between Workday and downstream systems, perform initial troubleshooting, and escalate complex failures or design changes

Reporting & Analytics

  • Build and maintain standard and ad hoc Workday reports and support moderately complex calculated fields within assigned areas
  • Deliver recurring and ad hoc reporting, validate results, and respond to defined HR and business requests
  • Perform basic analysis of HR data, identify trends or data-quality issues, and summarize findings for HRIS leadership and business partners

Process Improvement & Projects

  • Identify process and usability improvement opportunities and recommend them to HRIS leads.
  • Contribute to HRIS implementations, upgrades, and integrations by completing assigned workstreams, configuration, testing, documentation, and deployment support
  • Gather and document business requirements and contribute to solution design within established architecture, governance, and project direction

Stakeholder Partnership

  • Partner with functional team leads and users to understand needs, resolve operational issues, and complete assigned priorities
  • Provide experienced functional guidance in assigned modules and seek direction on enterprise-wide design, policy, or prioritization decisions
  • Serve as a day-to-day liaison between functional and technical teams, escalating material risks, scope changes, and competing priorities to the HRIS leads.

Training & Documentation

  • Create and maintain system documentation, test scripts, job aids, and process workflows for assigned areas
  • Support training and communications for HR users and business leaders on approved Workday functionality and update

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Approximately 3–5 years of HRIS experience, including hands-on Workday configuration or support experience
  • Experience supporting configuration and reporting in one or more Workday modules
  • Experience monitoring or troubleshooting integrations
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage assigned priorities, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively in a global environment

Preferred

  • Experience supporting global HR systems environments or cross-regional stakeholders
  • Exposure to Workday reporting, calculated fields, security, or related platform capabilities
  • Knowledge of HR compliance, data governance, privacy, and access-control requirements

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
