The posting

About Us

At We., we've spent decades at the intersection of technology and humanity, bridging the gap between what businesses create and how people experience those creations. We've learned that beneath even the most unruly situations — whether it's a global crisis, an emerging technology, or a sweeping organizational change—lies a simple human need. That need could be for trust, connection, safety, or a sense of purpose. But it’s always there. And it is only by uncovering these truths that we can make real, meaningful progress.

  • Integrate creators and influencers into broader earned media programs when relevant to client objectives and target audiences
  • Pursue and coordinate cross-account/practice and global business opportunities
  • Lead preparation and delivery of organic growth or new business proposal content and in person pitch meetings
  • Contribute to agency strategic planning initiatives
  • Manage account budgets, utilization, scopes, and financial performance
  • Oversee resource allocation across team including staffing, hiring, and onboarding new talent
  • Manage career development and performance of direct reports, managing up to senior staff on issues, and client/team satisfaction while holding the team accountable to demonstrating agency values
  • Other duties as assigned

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
