Wir betreuen viele der reichweitenstärksten Creator im DACH-Raum, sind Erfinder und Veranstalter der jährlichen 9:16 AWARDS und entwickeln Produkte innerhalb der Creator Economy.

Wir sind ein modernes Artist- und Creator-Management mit Fokus auf exklusive Persönlichkeiten im Bereich 9:16 Content und Longform-Entertainment. Unser Schwerpunkt liegt auf dem strategischen Aufbau großer Personal Brands, der Entwicklung nachhaltiger Markenpartnerschaften sowie dem Ausbau eines starken Creator-Netzwerks. Neben unserem exklusiven Artist-Roster bauen wir gezielt einen non-exklusiven Creator Pool auf, um Marken flexible, kreative und performancestarke Lösungen im Creator- und Talent-Bereich anzubieten.

Um die grenzenlose Kreativität von @karimjamael in außergewöhnliche Videoproduktionen umzusetzen, brauchen wir dich ab sofort als Freelancer Creative Production Assistant (all genders) in München und Umgebung. Du arbeitest selbstständig, mit ca. 30 - 40 Stunden pro Woche und unterstützt unser Team von der Idee bis zum fertigen Set.

Wichtig: Das ist keine klassische Assistenzrolle!

Wir suchen jemanden, der eigene Ideen einbringt, kreative Lösungen findet und Lust hat, außergewöhnliche Videoprojekte von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung mitzugestalten (inklusive handwerklicher Ebene).

Das erwartet dich:

  • Unterstützung bei der Planung und Umsetzung kreativer 9:16-Videoproduktionen
  • Organisation und Einkauf von Materialien, Requisiten und Equipment
  • Gemeinsamer Bau und Herstellung von Requisiten und Set-Elementen
  • Vorbereitung und Unterstützung bei Dreharbeiten
  • Kreatives Mitdenken, Ideen entwickeln und Lösungen finden
  • Hands-on-Unterstützung bei allem, was rund um die Produktion anfällt

Das bringst du mit:

  • Du bist mindestens 18 Jahre alt
  • Du hast einen Führerschein
  • Du wohnst in München oder Umgebung
  • Du bist handwerklich begabt und hast Spaß am Bauen, Basteln und Tüfteln
  • Du bist körperlich fit und packst gerne mit an
  • Du bist zeitlich flexibel und zuverlässig
  • Du denkst kreativ, selbstständig und lösungsorientiert
  • Du hast Lust auf abwechslungsreiche Projekte und neue Herausforderungen
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig als Freelancer:in und stellst uns Rechnungen

Erfahrung in der Content-Produktion ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss. Viel wichtiger sind uns deine Motivation, Kreativität und deine Hands-on-Mentalität!
