Wir betreuen viele der reichweitenstärksten Creator im DACH-Raum, sind Erfinder und Veranstalter der jährlichen 9:16 AWARDS und entwickeln Produkte innerhalb der Creator Economy.

Wir sind ein modernes Artist und Creator Management mit Fokus auf exklusive Persönlichkeiten im Bereich 9:16 Content und Longform Entertainment. Unser Schwerpunkt liegt auf dem strategischen Aufbau großer Personal Brands, der Entwicklung nachhaltiger Markenpartnerschaften sowie dem Ausbau eines starken Creator-Netzwerks. Neben unserem exklusiven Artist-Roster bauen wir gezielt einen non-exklusiven Creator Pool auf, um Marken flexible, kreative und performancestarke Lösungen im Creator- und Talent-Bereich anzubieten.

Um die grenzenlose Kreativität unserer Künstler:innen in unvergessliche Events und erfolgreiche Kampagnen umzusetzen, brauchen wir dich ab sofort als Junior Event Manager im Artist Management (all genders) in unserem Team rund um Events und Artist Management.

Das erwartet dich:

Events

  • Du unterstützt bei der Planung, Konzeption und operativen Umsetzung unserer Creator Events, von der ersten Idee bis zur Nachbereitung (z. B. Community-Formate)
  • Du erstellst und pflegst Ablauf-, Aufbau- und Personaleinsatzpläne und behältst dabei Timings und Budget im Blick
  • Du koordinierst interne Teams sowie externe Dienstleister wie Technik, Catering, Location und Security
  • Du unterstützt bei der Budgetplanung und bei der Gewinnung von Sponsoren und Kooperationspartnern
  • Du unterstützt bei der Erfolgsmessung über relevante KPIs und trägst dazu bei, unsere Eventprozesse stetig zu verbessern

Artist Management

  • Du unterstützt bei der Betreuung und (auch persönlichen) Weiterentwicklung ausgewählter Creator aus unserem Management
  • Du begleitest Kooperationen im Artist Management (Events, Shootings, Videodrehs o. ä.) von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zum abschließenden Erfolgsreporting
  • Du recherchierst passende Kampagnen für unsere Creator und unterstützt bei der Abstimmung mit unseren Kunden
  • Du stehst in enger Kommunikation mit Creatorn, Projekt-Teams und Kunden
  • Du entwickelst Ideen für neue Formate zur Förderung unserer Creator und behältst dafür Social-Media-Trends im Blick

Das bringst du mit:

  • Du hast erste praktische Erfahrung im Event- oder Projektmanagement (auch durch Ausbildung, Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeit), idealerweise mit Bezug zu Creator Economy, Künstlermanagement oder Social Media
  • Du organisierst gern, behältst auch bei vielen parallelen Aufgaben den Überblick und verfügst über ein gutes Zeit- und Selbstmanagement
  • Du hast Lust darauf, Creator zu begleiten und zu fördern
  • Du hast ein Herz für Social Media, insbesondere TikTok, YouTube und Instagram, mit einem Gespür für aktuelle Trends
  • Du bist hochmotiviert, voller Energie und packst auch mal spontan mit an
  • Du bist kommunikativ und empathisch, im Umgang mit Creatorn, Dienstleistern und Kunden, und trittst sicher und überzeugend auf
  • Engagement, Eigenständigkeit und Verlässlichkeit zeichnen dich aus
  • Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit gehören für dich dazu, auch bei Eventeinsätzen am Abend oder Wochenende
  • Reisebereitschaft
