We are looking for a results-driven Channel Sales Manager to expand the dealer and distributor network, strengthen retail market penetration, and drive sales growth across the assigned territory. The role involves identifying new channel partners, converting retail counters into active selling points, building strong relationships with dealers and retailers, and ensuring effective execution of trade promotions.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

1. Dealer Onboarding and Network Expansion

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new dealers, distributors, and channel partners within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct market mapping to identify potential retail counters, untapped markets, and new business opportunities.
  • Manage the onboarding process, including documentation, commercial agreements, and system registration for new channel partners.
  • Provide product training, orientation, and sales guidance to newly onboarded dealers and their sales teams.
  • Develop and maintain a strong channel partner network to support sustainable territory growth.

2. Counter Conversion and Market Penetration

  • Identify and convert prospective retail counters into active selling points for the company's products.
  • Drive market penetration by expanding product availability and increasing visibility across retail outlets.
  • Ensure competitive product placement and strengthen brand presence at dealer and retailer counters.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers to improve brand mindshare, customer engagement, and wallet share.
  • Monitor counter performance and identify opportunities to increase sales, product movement, and retail coverage.

3. Scheme Execution and Trade Promotions

  • Communicate and implement trade schemes, promotional offers, and sales initiatives across the dealer and retail network.
  • Ensure timely execution of promotional activities in line with business objectives.
  • Coordinate with dealers and retailers to maximize participation in trade promotions.
  • Monitor scheme performance, track outcomes, and identify opportunities to improve promotional effectiveness.
  • Gather market feedback on promotional campaigns, competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences to support sales planning.
