Estamos em busca de uma Analista Financeira / Administrativa organizada, analítica e proativa para atuar em uma Clínica de Cirurgia Plástica de alto padrão, localizada na Alameda Maracatins, em Moema, próximo ao Shopping Ibirapuera.

Procuramos uma profissional com formação em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Gestão Financeira, Economia ou áreas correlatas, que tenha experiência em rotinas financeiras e administrativas, capacidade de análise e interesse em desenvolver e aprimorar processos internos.

A experiência anterior no segmento da saúde, especialmente em clínicas, hospitais ou centros médicos, será considerada um diferencial.

Horário: Segunda a sexta-feira, das 10h às 20h. Modelo de trabalho: Presencial.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Gerenciamento das rotinas de contas a pagar e contas a receber;
  • Realização de conciliações bancárias, acompanhamento de extratos e movimentações financeiras;
  • Controle do fluxo de caixa, receitas, despesas e compromissos financeiros;
  • Elaboração e atualização de relatórios gerenciais e indicadores financeiros;
  • Organização de documentos, controles e demonstrativos para acompanhamento da gestão;
  • Execução de trâmites bancários, pagamentos, transferências e demais operações financeiras;
  • Emissão de notas fiscais e acompanhamento de processos administrativos;
  • Apoio no fechamento financeiro mensal e na organização das informações contábeis;
  • Gestão e negociação com fornecedores, acompanhamento de contratos e pagamentos;
  • Organização dos processos financeiros relacionados a hospitais, incluindo pagamentos, documentação, conferências e tratativas administrativas;
  • Desenvolvimento, implantação e aprimoramento de processos e controles financeiros internos; Identificação de oportunidades de melhoria na organização administrativa e financeira da clínica.
  • Formação superior ou tecnóloga em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Gestão Financeira, Economia ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência prévia em rotinas financeiras e administrativas;
  • Conhecimento em contas a pagar, contas a receber, fluxo de caixa e conciliação bancária;
  • Domínio de Excel e facilidade com sistemas de gestão financeira;
  • Capacidade de elaborar relatórios, organizar informações e analisar dados financeiros;
  • Organização, atenção aos detalhes e raciocínio analítico;
  • Proatividade e autonomia para conduzir processos e solucionar demandas;
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Facilidade de relacionamento com fornecedores, bancos, hospitais e demais parceiros.

Será um diferencial:

  • Experiência anterior em clínicas, hospitais ou empresas do segmento da saúde;
  • Vivência com processos financeiros relacionados a cirurgias e internações hospitalares;
  • Experiência na estruturação e melhoria de processos administrativos e financeiros.
  • Contratação: CLT
  • Salário: R$ 3.000,00
