Responsabilidades:

  • Realização de exames complementares (Campimetria computadorizada, Paquimetria computadorizada, Biometria ultrassonica, Retinografia, Microscopia Especular, Pentacan, Tomografia de Coerencia Óptica)
  • Apoiar os médicos em sua rotina de atendimentos, garantindo organização e fluxo ágil. (Pingar colírio)
  • Recepcionar pacientes, confirmar dados cadastrais e conduzir o processo de pré-consulta.
  • Apoiar os médicos em sua rotina de atendimentos, garantindo organização e fluxo ágil na recepção.
  • Zelar pela experiência do paciente do início ao fim, com foco em qualidade e humanização.
  • Realizar atendimento presencial, e por WhatsApp com simpatia e eficácia;
  • Gerenciar marcações de consultas e agendamentos de procedimentos;
  • Controle e preenchimento de planilhas.
  • Envio de documentos dentro dos prazos e padrões.
  • Proatividade e capacidade para lidar com múltiplas demandas;
  • Liberação de guias, emissão de notas fiscais e cadastros no CRM.

Horário: Segunda a sexta, das 7h30 às 17h48 (1h30 de almoço) Disponibilidade para banco de horas pelo menos 1x na semana e 1 sábado por mês.

  • Ensino Médio Completo;
  • Boa comunicação, simpatia e capacidade de manter a calma e o acolhimento mesmo em dias movimentados.
  • Comprometimento, ética e vontade de aprender.
  • Organização, pontualidade e comprometimento são indispensáveis;
  • Excelente comunicação escrita e verbal, com domínio da norma culta da língua portuguesa;
  • Perfil responsável, com iniciativa e foco em crescimento conjunto;
  • Proatividade e habilidade para lidar com demandas simultâneas;
  • Domínio de ferramentas de informática como excel e sistemas de gestão clínica;
  • Dress code.
  • Contratação: CLT
  • Salário: R$ 2.086,34
  • Bônus de assiduidade: 10% sobre o salário
  • Vale-refeição/alimentação: R$ 17,10/dia
  • Vale-transporte (sem desconto em folha)
  • Plano de saúde (50% custeado pela clínica)
