1. 客户咨询与服务 - 负责天猫、京东、拼多多、抖音等全平台店铺的售前、售中客户咨询，通过在线聊天、电话等方式及时、专业地解答消费者关于产品信息、购买流程、物流配送、活动规则等问题 - 准确理解用户需求，主动推荐合适的产品及解决方案，提升咨询转化率和客户满意度 - 维护品牌形象，用语规范、态度友好，确保每一次客户接触都传递专业、温暖的服务体验 2. 售后问题处理 - 负责退换货、退款、物流异常、产品质量投诉等售后问题的受理、跟进与闭环处理 - 按照公司售后政策和流程，快速判断问题原因，给出合理解决方案，协调仓储、物流、品控等相关部门推进问题解决 - 处理升级投诉和疑难客诉，学习投诉应对技巧，在导师指导下妥善化解客户不满，降低纠纷率和差评率 3. 订单与数据管理 - 负责日常订单的核对与跟进，包括订单修改、地址变更、发票开具、赠品发放等事务性工作 - 记录、整理和分析客服运营数据，包括咨询量、响应时长、转化率、满意度、退换货率等核心指标 - 定期输出服务数据报表，识别服务痛点和改进机会，为服务流程优化提供数据支撑 4. 知识库与服务优化 - 参与客服知识库的建设与维护，及时整理常见问题、产品知识、平台规则等内容，确保信息准确完整 - 参与智能客服（机器人）的训练与优化，包括问题归类、话术整理、场景配置等工作 - 主动发现服务流程中的问题，提出改进建议，参与专项优化项目，推动服务效率和质量持续提升 5. 团队协作与成长 - 在导师带教下系统学习客服专业技能和管理知识，快速成长为业务骨干 - 参与团队日常管理工作，包括新人带教、排班协调、质量抽检、绩效辅导等，积累管理经验 - 积极参与团队培训和分享活动，将个人学习成果转化为团队能力提升
