岗位职责： 1、参与资本市场全模块轮岗工作，涵盖投资者关系、资本运作、投融资分析、信息披露、市值管理等方向，积累资本市场全链路实战经验 2、学习上市公司治理、资本市场合规与风险管控框架，协助识别资本运作、信息披露、投融资环节关键风险点，提出可落地优化方案并跟进落地闭环 3、参与资本规划、投融资项目推进、投资者沟通工作，协助运用数据分析工具、AI 工具开展行业对标、估值研判，赋能资本决策，提升资本市场运营效率

任职要求： 1、硕士及以上学历，金融学、经济学、会计学、财务管理、法律等相关专业；有校内干部、社团负责人或学生组织经历优先 2、对资本市场、投融资、上市公司资本运作有浓厚兴趣和热情；具备较强的数据敏感度、逻辑分析能力与问题挖掘能力；能够快速掌握财务分析、估值模型、资本市场监管规则相关知识；熟练使用数据分析、AI 工具开展数据处理、研究方案与报告撰写 3、诚信正直，原则性强，财务数据、资本信息保密意识强；具有较强的责任心、抗压能力和团队协作精神；具备良好沟通表达能力，能够主动、高效联动各部门协同推进资本市场相关项目 4、拥有券商、投融资机构、上市公司证代、行业研究相关实习或项目实践经历者优先
