Deine Rolle bei Wellis

Als Pharmazeutisch-technische/r Assistent/in (PTA) bist du verantwortlich für die präzise Bearbeitung von Rezepten und die fachkundige Beratung unserer deutschsprachigen Kund:innen über unser digitales Plattform-System.

Du arbeitest vollständig remote (in der Niederlande) in einem engagierten Team, das sich für zugängliche, qualitativ hochwertige pharmazeutische Versorgung einsetzt.

Unsere Öffnungszeiten von Montag bis Sonntag zwischen 08:00 und 23:00 Uhr bieten dir maximale Flexibilität, um deine Arbeitszeiten individuell zu gestalten.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Rezeptkoordination: Du sammelst und prüfst alle relevanten Informationen, damit unsere Ärzt:innen Rezepte effizient bewerten können.
  • Rezeptbearbeitung: Kontrolle auf Vollständigkeit, Arzneimittelsicherheit und mögliche Wechselwirkungen.
  • Kund:innenberatung: Du berätst zu Anwendung, Nebenwirkungen, Selbstmedikation und Kontraindikationen.
  • Kommunikation: Du kontaktierst Ärzt:innen oder Patient:innen bei Rückfragen – telefonisch oder per E-Mail.
  • Pharmazeutische Ansprechperson: Du bist erste:r Ansprechpartner:in für alle Fragen rund um Medikamente.
  • Prozessverbesserung: Du bringst aktiv Ideen ein, wie wir unsere digitalen Abläufe weiter optimieren können.

Was du mitbringst

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pharmazeutisch-technische/r Assistent/in (PTA) oder Pflegefachkraft oder Arztassistent:in
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und Verständnis medizinischer Fachterminologie
  • Präzise, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Kundenorientierung und Freude an digitaler Kommunikation
  • Erfahrung im pharmazeutischen Umfeld, selbstständig und proaktiv
  • Vorzugsweise fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung
  • Good English or Dutch as the team consists of international people. The interviews will be in English or Dutch.
