职位要求 1. 熟练掌握untiy3d，有5年以上游戏制作经验；3年以上地编工作经验。 2. 美术专业毕业，美术基本功扎实，专业能力突出；良好的场景审美能力和分析能力。 3. 精通3DMAX、Photoshop、zbrush、sp等相关软件，熟悉PBR原理，能制作高品质的次世代场景模型优先； 4. 对于特定类型的游戏，如SLG手机游戏，有一定的了解或经验者优先 5. 良好的团队合作能力及协调沟通能力。 6.具备独立解决问题的能力和主动学习、不断提高技术能力。 7. 有沙盒类项目经验者优先；有赛车项目经验者优先； 8. 对Shader有一定程度的理解者优先。
