1、负责游戏内商业化活动、活跃活动及节日主题活动的策划与落地，包含活动创意、玩法规则、奖励设计、内容包装及配置上线； 2、结合版本规划、节日节点与用户需求，制定活动运营排期，持续丰富游戏运营内容，提升用户活跃度与内容参与度； 3、围绕付费率、ARPPU及整体收入规模等核心目标，设计并优化礼包售卖、限时促销、累计付费、主题兑换等商业化活动； 4、跟踪活动上线后的参与、留存、付费转化及收入表现，完成数据分析与活动复盘，提炼问题并推动后续迭代； 5、深入分析不同用户群体的游戏行为与付费需求，在商业目标、活动体验与玩家口碑之间取得平衡； 6、定期开展行业及竞品调研，重点拆解《心动小镇》《蛋仔派对》《元梦之星》等产品在商业化、用户活跃及节日运营方面的优秀案例； 7、作为活动运营侧的核心协同角色，紧密对接产品、策划、美术、研发、测试及市场等团队，明确需求与交付标准； 8、跟进活动从创意策划、方案输出、资源协调、配置验收到上线监控及效果复盘的全流程，确保活动高质高效落地。

1、本科及以上学历，1~3年游戏行业活动运营、产品运营或商业化运营经验，有完整的游戏活动全流程落地经验； 2、熟悉游戏内常见的商业化活动、活跃活动及节日活动形式，能够独立完成活动方案设计、项目推进与上线复盘； 3、具备良好的数据敏感度与目标意识，能够围绕参与率、付费率、ARPPU及活动收入等指标拆解问题并提出优化方案； 4、具备优秀的用户洞察能力，能够理解休闲游戏用户的内容偏好、参与动机与付费心理，兼顾商业收益与玩家体验； 5、具备良好的审美与内容包装能力，能够对活动主题、视觉表现、文案及奖励呈现提出清晰且有品质的需求； 6、具备出色的沟通表达、跨部门协作及项目推进能力，责任心强、执行力高，能够适应多项目并行的工作节奏； 7、做事踏实细致，对活动配置、上线验收及风险排查具有较强的责任意识，能够主动发现并推动解决问题； 8、热爱游戏，深度体验过休闲、模拟经营或派对类产品；《心动小镇》《蛋仔派对》《元梦之星》等产品的高活跃玩家优先。
