岗位职责 1、负责公司重点业务的信息安全保障，深入理解业务架构设计，识别、评估并推动消除安全风险； 2、开展漏洞挖掘与渗透测试（含自动化扫描与手动测试），覆盖业务前台、后台及内部系统，跟进潜在威胁与漏洞的修复闭环； 3、参与安全防护体系建设，包括核心权限代码审计、攻击事件防御、常规域名 / 端口 / 依赖扫描、攻防演练（护网）等； 4、负责安全事件的监测、响应与处置，包括异常流量溯源、劫持事件排查等，保障业务安全稳定运行； 5、负责 IT 资产数据梳理与风险情报收集，为安全决策提供数据支撑； 推动员工安全意识建设，组织安全培训、沉淀安全最佳实践与规范文档； 6、参与黑灰产事件的调查评估与取证，建设标准化处置流程； 7、配合运维团队，参与重点业务的服务部署、升级与稳定性保障（安全 + 运维复合型职责）。

必备条件 1、本科及以上学历，计算机、信息安全相关专业，3 年以上信息安全相关工作经验； 2、熟悉 OWASP Top 10 等常见 Web 漏洞原理（越权、SQL 注入、XSS、SSRF 等），具备实战挖掘经验，能够独立完成渗透测试并输出修复方案； 3、熟悉常见开发框架（如 Go/Gin、Java 等）的安全缺陷与代码审计方法； 4、熟悉常见安全工具（Burp Suite、漏洞扫描器等）的使用，具备自动化安全测试能力； 5、具备安全事件应急响应经验，能快速定位、溯源并处置安全事件； 6、具备良好的沟通协调能力，能推动业务侧安全问题的落地修复。 加分项 1、有护网 / 攻防演练经验及成绩； 2、有安全培训授课经验，乐于分享； 3、了解云安全、容器安全，或具备基础运维能力（Linux、K8s、CI/CD）； 4、有黑灰产打击、取证经验； 5、有信息安全相关认证（CISP、CISSP、OSCP 等）。
