职位描述 1. 负责游戏核心玩法及系统功能的质量保障工作，跟进从需求评审、测试设计、提测验证到上线运营的全流程； 2. 根据产品需求编写高质量测试用例，设计并执行多端测试，包括功能、联机、网络、性能、极端场景专项测试，提升整体覆盖率； 3. 熟练使用日志分析、抓包、网络监控、编辑器调试等工具，进行故障定位、数据分析及问题验证； 4. 与开发、策划、运营等团队保持高效沟通，推动问题快速闭环，并参与联调、版本质量风险评估； 5. 跟踪线上问题及玩家反馈，分析异常数据并推动持续优化，确保线上稳定性与关键指标达成； 6. 对测试过程与结果进行复盘，总结质量风险与改进策略，持续优化测试流程与测试方法。

职位要求 1. 3 年及以上游戏测试经验，熟悉游戏测试流程与测试方法论，有多人联机游戏测试经验优先； 2. 对游戏玩法及体验有深入理解，能够从玩家视角发现问题并制定测试策略； 3. 熟悉 Unity 引擎或其他主流游戏引擎，了解帧同步 / 状态同步等联机机制及关键测试点； 4. 熟悉 TCP/UDP 网络协议，有数据包分析能力，了解客户端与服务器交互流程； 5. 具备较强的沟通能力和推动力，能主动协调跨团队合作，负责到底推进问题解决； 6. 责任心强、执行力高，具备良好的文档能力与质量意识。 加分项 1. 具备测试开发能力，可编写客户端 / 服务端自动化测试脚本或工具； 2. 了解游戏服务器架构、线上部署流程，有线上监控、压测经验； 3. 参与过手游 / 端游性能测试或压力测试； 4. 有 CI/CD 质量保障实践经验（如自动化测试、专项平台、自建工具等）。
